The market in South Pasadena appears to a little volitle still but buyers and sellers appear to be closer in seeing home values the same.  Number of homes for sale as is sales are increasing. I expect South Pasadena to be one of the most active markets in the area in the coming months.

The graph below shows price (Price per Square Foot) of homes sold in South Pasadena rose $80 per foot in a 3 month peroid  peaked in March. Although the price has come down more than $50 per s.f., it appears to still be stablizing over all, even if still a little lower than the 15 month average.
