In Sierra Madre the newly listed homes have a higher "per foot cost".  However that should not be taken as an indication that homes are still selling for an increased Sales Price.  Home sales still are exceeding sales of a year ago.  Overal still an improving to stable market.

As a small market, the Sierra Madre market is subject to greater swings than most areas.  Still it is clear that homes are not selling for the Listing Price however, the improving price per foot is a sign of a market getting stronger.
