Altadena Heritage  In Altadena area.

Ard  Eevin Highlands Historic District  Consists of eighty-six homes in the northwest area of Glendale.

Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council   The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council (ASNC) was certified in 2002 under the Charter of the City of Los Angeles to advise L.A.'s elected officials and departments regarding local and citywide governmental issues on behalf of the stakeholders of Hermon, Montecito Heights, Monterey Hills, Mount Washington and Sycamore Grove.

Atwater Village  In the San Fernando Valley in the City of Los Angeles, west of Interstate 5, east of San Fernando Rd, north of the Interstate 134 freeway and south of the 2 freeway

Brigden Ranch   In northeast  Pasadena;  boundaries are, West - Allen Ave.; East - Martelo Ave.; South - Casa Grande st.; North - Galbreth Rd. (including Westlyn Place & Eastlyn Place). 

Bungalow Heaven  In city of Pasadena bounded by four streets; Lake, Hill, Washington & Orange Grove.

Cal Tech   Approximately bounded around the California Institution of Technology (Cal Tech) campus at its center. The boundaries for the Cal Tech area consist of California, Hill, Del Mar and Wilson.

Chapman Woods   In the city of Pasadena:  bounded by the three streets North-Del Mar, South-Huntington, East-Rosemead, West-Edison Power Lines

Cottage Grove Avenue Historic District   In the Adams Hill neighborhood of Glendale, consists of fourteen small cottages on Cottage Grove Avenue.

The Eagle Rock Association   TERA, The Eagle Rock Association, is an inclusive membership organization that is there for the residents and businesses of the Eagle Rock community.

Garfield Heights   In the City of Pasadena;  surrounded by the  cross streets of Los Robles, Marengo, Washington and Mountain

Hastings Ranch   Northeast corner of Pasadena, Hastings Ranch is divided into two neighborhoods: Upper Hastings Ranch & Lower Hastings Ranch.  The roads/borders are: Sierra Madre Blvd, Michillinda Ave., Hastings Ranch Blvd., & Riviera Dr.

Hermon  In the City of Los Angeles, south of Interstate 134 and north of Ernest Debs Park, west of Oak Hill place and Hellman Avenue (South Pasadena and Monterey Park).

Highland Park Heritage Trust  In the City of Los Angeles and part of the Arroyo Seco communities. 

Historic Echo Park  Located northwest of downtown Los Angeles.

Historic Highlands  End at the borders of Pasadena and Altadena, situated between New York Blvd. on the north, Washington Blvd. on the south, Lake Ave. on the west, and Hill Ave. on the east.

Jane’s Village  Bounded by North-West Altadena, bounded by Fair Oaks Ave., Loma Alta Dr., Lincoln Ave. & Ventura St.

Kinneloa Mesa   An unincorporated area located in Los Angeles County,  bordered by the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Angeles National Forest to the north, the Eaton Canyon wash (City of Pasadena) on the West, and the City of Pasadena on the south and on the East.

Linda Vista/Annandale Association (LVAA)  North of the Old Colorado Bridge at the 134 Freeway north of the Rose Bowl towards La Canada.

Madison Heights  In the city of Pasadena, surrounded by five streets: California, Marengo, Lake/El Molino/Los Robles

Montecito Heights Improvement Association  In the city of Los Angeles; Begin at the intersection of the 110 freeway at approximately Avenue 55, move southwest along the 110 freeway to the intersection of the 110 freeway and Pasadena Avenue, south on Pasadena Avenue, southern boundary of Heritage Square Avenue 35, east to Griffin Avenue to Idylwild Avenue, north along Avenue 33 to Lupin Terrace, east to Von Keithian Street and the imaginary line to the summit of Flat Top of Hill, center of radio tower, to the corner of Sierra Street and Mercury Avenue, along due north imaginary line bisecting Debs Park, to 110 freeway.

Mount Washington  Bordered by El Paso/Marmion, north of the Gold Line tracks and Isabel Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles.

Mount Wilson Association  Bordered by El Paso/Marmion, north of the Gold Line tracks and Isabel Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles.

North Glendale Homeowners Association   The borders are Glenoaks Boulevard on the south, Brand Boulevard on the east, the Verdugo Mountains on the north and the Glendale-Burbank city limits on the west. 

Oak Knoll   In the City of Pasadena: south Lake Ave,  south of California Blvd.

Orange Heights  In the City of Pasadena;  bordered by Los Robles Ave, El Molino Ave., Jackson St. & Mountain Blvd

Royal Canyon   In the City of (north) Glendale, West of the Glendale Hwy 2, north of Interest 134, see link of map.  MAP

Royal Boulevard Historic District  In the City of Glendale, it consists of thirty residences on the palm-lined Royal Boulevard winding up through Royal Canyon.

San Pasqual   On east side of the city of Pasadena:  Along San Pasqual street from Lake Avenue to Rosemead Blvd, interrupted by  Cal Tech.

San Rafael   In the city of Pasadena: Near the Rose Bowl and Old Town Pasadena.

Silver Lake The Sliver Lake area is located 5 miles west of downtown Los Angeles and just east of Griffth Park. 

Silver Lake Neighborhood Council  Includes the Silver Lake area, the boundries are North: LA River - Riverside Terrace, South: Clifford - Mayberry - 101 Fwy, East: Hwy 2 - Glendale - Coronado - Waterloo, West: Hoover -Myra -Hyperion

Sierra Madre Villa Association   Encompasses homes on Sierra Madre Villa north of New York Drive and all its side streets, except for homes within Pasadena Glen and homes above the gates at the top of Sierra Madre Villa. Many homes are within the city of Pasadena; others are in an unincorporated area of the county.

Verdugo Woodland West   The north-eastern part of the City of Glendale. It encompasses the area West of Verdugo Road, South of Oakmont Country Club, and North of Verdugo Park. It is in a valley between the Verdugo Mountains on the West and the San Rafael Hills to the East.

Washington’s Square  In the City of Pasadena, south of E. Washington Blvd., north of Mountain St., east of El Molino and homes on the east side of Hudson Ave.
