As a REALTOR® we have access to the complete MSL program and settings that require the user to not only be a licensed Salesperson as specified by the State of California, but a REALTOR® who meets the requirements of the National Association of REALTORS®.  This search is the most up to date Property Search available to consumers. There are many, many websites which have property search functions, none have the same accuracy as this search provides.  Consumer property searches gather information from various sources, most have outdated properties and keep older properties online to increase the appearance of a detailed search.  A property located which has already been sold is of no value to a buyer.

As a Licensed REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS®, we have access to even more information and can refine our search to show sold properties, pending sales, etc. For the best property search, please fill out the contact form and request to be placed on the Automatic Email Alert Program. The Automatic Email Alert Program can send you an email of all properties which have the exact criteria and areas you are looking for. These property profiles are sent to you the moment they are listed in the MLS. Should you request no additional contact, no one will ever contact you, except every 30 days there will be an email sent asking if you want to continue having the property profiles sent to you or have them modified.    .
