The graph below shows home sales (closed sales) in the 90210 zip code which include both the city of Beverly Hills and the areas referred to as the Beverly Hills Post Office.  Sales have slowed, however that is probably more of a sign of the season & Holidays than the economy.   Level of Listed homes are down, as it always is at the end of the year, but the number of sales is consistant - which is a good sign.

The graph below shows price per square foot was the highest in the last 15months in just October and after a slow down and drop during the hoildays is starting to climb again.  All normal cycles.
