This graph shows the number of Arcadia homes are on the market which continue to rise with the number of pending and solds relatively consistent.  All good signs for the Arcadia housing market!  Last year Arcadia was number 9 for cities in the country with the highest home values.  Should drop out of top 10 this year, but still a strong and healthy housing market.

The Graph below shows the Price per foot for homes sold in the City of Arcadia in the past 15 months.  Currently the price per foot is at 386 for homes sold in June 2010.
