The graph below shows the number of homes for sale in the Altadena market have remain higher, equal to 15 months ago.  There are much homes for sale, yet the number of homes sold are nearly the same.   In the last month sales have slowed. Home prices in Altadena should be remaining the same and in some cases aggressive sellers may lower the prices a little.  While the market for the most desirable homes will remain strong.

The days on market for Altadena has not changed since March, this is probably due to consistant supply.
